I understand how scissors can beat paper, and I get how a rock can beat scissors, but there's no fucking way paper can beat rock. Is paper supposed to magically wrap around rock and leave it immobile? Why the hell can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they take notes in class?
I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody. A rock would tear that shit up in 2 seconds. When I play rock paper scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say, oh shit I'm sorry, I thought paper would protect you, you asshole.

My favourites from this collection. I love the metallic material coupled with the embroidered fabric and hint of lace. It's very feminine and I'm in love with the heart-shaped/one shoulder dresses. It doesn't make me hate asymmetrical dresses as much. Also, those blue-caped sleeves are ridiculous! Beautiful, beautiful collection!

so back again from a long ass hiatus.. new layout and everything (while still trying to get over the fact that lj isn't the same as it was in 07/08). keeping this short: have new interests. hopefully it won't bore you.

Rodarte's Fall 2009 Ready To Wear Collection.

Um, yeah. It really does look like Edward Scissorhands had a go at these. I do love the knit cardigans and gloves though. Personally, the "square-toed, leather strap-wrapped thigh-high" Nicholas Kirkwood boots were the singular thing that made this collection better than a mess that it could've been.. my jaw's still on the floor. Secretly I need a pair.

How I Met Your Mother and The Office: We already know Lily’s family is a little quirky and in this crossover episode we learn that Dwight is Lily’s cousin. Dwight calls Lily when his boss Michael gets into legal trouble and needs Marshall to defend him. Plus Barney has to fend off a very aggressive Kelly.

Since Heroes I wasn't so happy with Missy's choice of work. But I love her so much more in Reaper than there. And she gets more screen time.

Ray Wise is amazing! Love him to death!! He's like the best fatherly figure to Sam. Best devil I've ever seen.
